  • HOW DOES THE EXTERNAL VISIT WORK?

    For external visits, service from Monday to Thursday (except holidays and commemorative dates).

  • HOW DOES THE FREE CHILD SYSTEM WORK?

    The stay of 2 children up to 11 years old, accompanied by two paying adults in the same accommodation are free.

  • IS PARKING FREE?

    Yes, we have free private parking available on site (no reservation required).

  • DOES THE RESORT HAVE WIFI? IT'S FREE?

    Yes, free WiFi access is available in all areas of the resort.

  • WHICH DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN?

    1) Children's documents (Birth Certificate, Identity Card or Passport). Documents must be original. Photocopies, student ID cards, health insurance cards, vaccination cards, etc. will not be accepted.)

  • WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

    Check-in: from 18:00

  • WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?

    We share it in up to 6 interest-free installments on Visa, Master cards, or via bank deposit, if you prefer. If you choose to make the reservation paying by card, within 48 working hours you will receive a call from the hotel, so that the payment method that is most convenient for you can be defined.
